This is the image for the news article titled "Garland County Reads" Committee Logo ContestThe Garland County Reads Committee held a contest inviting all seven county schools EAST programs to create a logo that incorporated each district and the love for reading.  The committee met on May 11, 2017 and voted on the submissions.  The top three logos were selected to proceed to the second round of the competition.  The overall Round One winner was Keri Race, an honor student in the Hot springs School District.  Keri is a flourishing artist, excelling in graphic art and color application. She is pursuing her passion in the the district's EAST program and remaining active in the multiple creative arts opportunities offered within the Hot Springs community.  Congratulations Keri!!
