Mr. Miller's Lesson Plans

This week's rotation includes grades 3 - 5.

Monday Classes: Ms. Sexton & Ms. Young

*Kindergarten - Ms. Walker

Tuesday Classes: Ms. Counts, Ms. Luten, & Mr. Achor

Wednesday Classes: Ms. Creech

Thursday Classes: Ms. Deleon, Ms. McKeller, & Ms. Masopust

Friday Classes: Ms. Gilmer, & Ms. L. White

The students will insert their personal disk into the disk drive and open the program they saved from our last session with Kidspiration.

We will look at their graphic organizer from last class session and make any final corrections needed.  We will then click on the writing tool.  Students will work on constructing their Topic Sentence, four Detail Sentences, and one Closing Sentence.

We will print their final products out to place in their "Technology Portfolio".

The students will also receive instruction on "cleaning up the desktop" and help to reorganize the desktop icons, empty the recycle bins, change the screen saver, and other various "house-keeping" tasks that need to be completed.

The time remaining in the class will be spent looking at the software program Bailey's Book House.  We will print out a short story that can be delivered to the kindergarten and first grade classes to enjoy.
