The Hot Springs School District is pleased to offer a variety of summer activities for our students.

Summer Camps

Open to students currently in kindergarten through 5th grade at any of our four elementary campuses, Camp Trojan is your child’s ticket to a summer full of exciting weekly themes, hands-on activities, and nonstop fun! Whether it’s exploring new adventures, getting creative, or making great memories with friends, Camp Trojan is the place to be.

This summer, the Hot Springs Junior Academy is hosting a Roblox Studio/Minecraft Camp for students in grades 3rd - 7th June 11 - 13 and a Drone Camp for grades 5th - 9th June 16 - 19. Please click this link and complete the form to secure your camper’s spot!

Trojan Eats Food Truck Routes & Book Bus

The Hot Springs School District food service provider Chartwells will offer FREE, fresh, and tasty grab-and-go meals throughout the summer.

Meals are FREE for children 18 years and under. Adults can purchase a meal for $4, but must be accompanied by a child.

Truck # 1 Stop #1: 11 - 11:30 am - Ollie’s, 3310 Central Ave.

Truck #2 Stop #1: 11 - 11:30 am - Family Dollar, 899 Park Ave.

Truck #1 Stop #2: 11:45 am - 12:20 pm - Kroger, 215 Airport Rd.

Truck #2 Stop #2: 11:45 am - 12:20 pm - Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1544 Malvern Ave
During all Trojans Read Book Bus stops, books are available to individuals of all ages, and from any school or program. Books and resources provided are entirely free to everyone!

Summer Book Bus Route:

Thursdays: June 19 - July 17, 2025

(June 19, June 26, July 10 and July 17. No Book Bus on July 3)
- 10 am - Park Magnet, an IB World School, 617 Main Street
- 11 am - Family Dollar (899 Park Ave.) with the Trojan Eats Food Truck
- 11:45 am - Wal Mart Neighborhood Market (1544 Malvern Ave.) with the Trojan Eats Food Truck

Driver's Ed

- Dates & Times: June 16 – July 3 | Mondays – Thursdays, 1 – 5 pm
- Cost: $150

- Requirements: A copy of driver’s license or driver‘s permit
