From spring sports to family nights at Langston Elementary and Oaklawn STEM, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss our special Trojans Love Reading event on April 11, celebrating the joy of literacy across our elementary schools. Plus, families with incoming kindergartners should mark their calendars for Kindergarten Registration on Friday, April 11 at the Welcome Center. It’s going to be a week full of learning, connection, and Trojan pride!

It's almost Kindergarten Registration time! Registration is Friday, April 11, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Welcome Center, located at 702 Main Street.

Also, be on the lookout for information about Meet & Greet events at each elementary school between April 3 and April 10.

April 3 - Langston Elementary - 5 - 6 pm

April 8 - Main Street - 5 - 6 pm

April 10 - Oaklawn STEM - 4:30 - 6 pm

Students must be 5-years-old by August 1, 2025.

We invite all parents, guardians, grandparents, family friends, and community members to the final Trojans Love Reading event of the 2024-2025 school year. Help us encourage a love of reading in our students by reading them a book for half an hour. We'll supply the book. All you need to do is show up at any of our four elementary schools.

Langston Elementary families are invited to a Family Adventure Night on Thursday, April 10 from 6 - 7 pm. Don't miss out on this fun-filled night for all ages and help your student get ready for the ATLAS testing. Crack codes, solve puzzles, and more.

Oaklawn STEM families are invited to STEM Night on Thursday, April 10, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Come explore science, technology, engineering, and math through engaging activities on the playground.

We are excited to offer Pee Wee Volleyball to students in 3rd - 6th grades between April 28 and May 17. Third and Fourth graders will practice on Mondays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm in the Arena, while Fifth and Sixth graders will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 6 pm in the Arena.
