Dear Beta Parents,
Thank you for your continued support of our Hot Springs School District Beta Clubs! As we launch the BETA Community Partner Sponsorship Program for the 2025–2026 school year, we want to share how your child’s club will be participating and how you can help make this a success.  Please review the linked program ​guide.

💛 What This Program Is

The Community Partner Program connects our Beta Clubs with local businesses, families, and organizations who want to support student leadership and service. Sponsors can contribute at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze level, and their generosity helps fund club activities, service projects, and travel for conventions.

🏫 What Each Beta Club Will Do

• Distribute Sponsorship Letters & Forms:
  Each club will send official sponsorship information home for you to share with local businesses and community supporters.
• Collect Donations & Forms:
  Families will collect forms and donations from local business and community supporters
  Please make checks payable to HSSD Beta Club.
  All forms and funds are due by December 19, 2025.
• Gather Logos for Recognition:
  Logos can be emailed to beang@hssd.net or brattonm@hssd.net with the subject line: HSSD Partner Logo.
• Please inform your sponsor of businesses you will talk to so we can keep a list.  

📅 Important Deadline

All sponsorship forms, funds, logos, and shirt sizes are due no later than December 19, 2025, so we can ensure printing and recognition materials are ready on time.
