Colorful boxes of information for the week of Feb. 16 -20

Dear Trojan Families,

Dr. Mike Hernandez gestures while speaking to a group of students seated around tables in a classroom.
Hot Springs School District families, we hope you enjoy the two days off in honor of Presidents’ Day and have a chance to relax and recharge! Even though Feb. 16–20 is a short week, it’s packed with exciting events across our district. From Trojan basketball action to meaningful Black History Month programs at Langston Elementary and Oaklawn STEM, our students will be learning, competing, and celebrating all week long. We look forward to a great few days ahead as we continue making every moment count!

Make-up Days ❄️🏫

To make up the six missed days due to the winter weather, school will be in session on February 18, 19, 20 and 23, April 24, and May 22, using the days already built into the 2025–2026 school calendar.

Thank you to our families for your patience and flexibility.
